To return a purchase, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
- Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- Be returned with original tags and packaging
Royal 62 Records LLC will not bear any responsibility for returns shipping cost.
Royal 62 Records LLC reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy.
Returns failing to comply with our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

United States - FREE (5-7 Business Days)
EXPRESS $15 CAD (1-2 Business Days)
INTERNATIONAL - FREE. All international orders are shipped with DHL.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Simply email royal62recordsllc@gmail.com to request a return authorization code and return instructions. Royal 62 Records LLC will not bear any responsibility for international returns, so for additional safety, please use a well-established courier and insure all packages with a tracking number.
EXCHANGES
Once your item(s) have been returned, you must allow 5-7 working days for your original payment method to be reimbursed. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided upon checking out. Your bank/financial institution may require extra time to process the refund onto your account.

Royal 62 Records LLC only collects your personal information in order to provide you with helpful, relevant information and the best shopping experience on our site and e-mails.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
